Cops: Man was woman's partner in home jewelry theft

Edward Santos , 24, of Ogden Street Extension in Bridgeport, was charged with first-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit first-degree larceny. Police went to Norwalk Superior Court on Monday to serve an arrest warrant on Santos after a lengthy investigation into a burglary and larceny at a Riverfield Drive residence last July, according to the report.
