ATV and dirt bikers may face higher penalties

Officials are taking steps toward increasing the penalties for illegally riding ATV and dirt bikes. Bridgeport officials say they're taking steps designed to get dangerous and illegal dirt bikes and All Terrain Vehicles off city streets for good.
