Vacant Building In Manchester Eyed For Fitness Club

The planning and zoning commission is scheduled to hold a public hearing on an application for 49 Pavilions Drive on April 1. The property owner, Centro Bradley Manchester I, LLC, wants to use 36,688 square feet, about 75 percent of the building, for a fitness club. Aproved uses for the parcel, however, are primarily retail, so Centro is seeking the commission's approval for the alternate use, according to the application.
