Milford Police: Bridgeport Man Charges with Drug Possession Including Heroin

Milford police say they stopped Andre Fernandez, 31, of Fairfield Avenue in Bridgeport, for a motor vehicle violation and subsequently found him allegedly in possession of 40 grams of heroin, 62 pills of controlled substance that included oxycodone, Escitalopram, and Abilify. He was charged with possession of narcotics, possession with intent to sell, possession of marijuana, misuse of registration, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
