Manchester Police To Crack Down on Distracted Drivers

Police are preparing to crack down again on people who text or talk on hand-held cell phones while driving, part of a state and national campaign that will span the month of April. "Manchester officers will be monitoring high volume traffic areas and ticketing those drivers who are using electronic devices," police announced in a news release Tuesday.
