Man Shot, Killed In Hartford

A city man was fatally shot in the area of Blue Hills Avenue and Burnham Street Thursday night, police said. The 31-year-old Hartford resident was suffering from a gunshot wound to the head when police responded to the scene shortly before 10 p.m.
