Mail theft ringleader sentenced

The head of a mail-theft ring that police said stole hundreds of credit cards and checks from mailboxes from Greenwich to New Haven was sentenced Monday to four years and seven months in federal court. "This is just the tip of the iceberg," said Bridgeport police Detective Francis Podpolucha, part of a multi-town task force that has been pursuing Dayquan Jackson for several years.
