I want to take this opportunity to express my gratitude at my recent re-ppointment as Interim Superintendent of the Bridgeport Public Schools . When I began my career in education, it was my good fortune to start out in Bridgeport, where I remained for 29 years -- over half of my professional life -- before moving on.
