Special election held in Bridgeport

A special election was held Tuesday to fill empty seats in two of Connecticut's legislative districts. (February 24, 2015 10:22 PM) Voters in the 23rd State Senate District in Bridgeport and Stratford elected Ed Gomes to his former seat with 49 percent of the vote.
