Monroe Woman Charged for Selling Heroin in Stratford

According to the paper, Jennifer Kelly, 32, of Monroe, Gregorio Perez, 59 and Paul Lee, 40, of Bridgeport were charged after an investigation by Stratford Police that began in September 2014. Lee and Kelly were arrested Jan. 18 after police served a search warrant at a Bridgeport residence and found more than 214.5 grams of heroin, the paper reports.
