'12 Angry Men' staged at Bridgeport's Bijou

The classic Reginald Rose courtroom drama "12 Angry Men" is being presented on stage at Bridgeport's Bijou Theatre Friday, Feb. 6, through Sunday, Feb. 8. The piece began as a live television show in 1954 that Rose turned into a stage play the following year. In 1957, a film version with Henry Fonda in the lead marked Sidney Lumet's debut as a movie director.
