Special elections set in Bridgeport, Stratford

Gov. Dannel Malloy announced today there will be a special election on Feb. 24. Voters in Bridgeport and Stratford will elect a new state senator to replace Andres Ayala, who Malloy appointed as commissioner of the Department of Motor Vehicles.
