Special election set for General Assembly seats

The special elections fill the seats vacated by Andres Ayala, who held the 23rd Senate District seat; Auden Grogins, who vacated the 129th Assembly District seat, and Rep. David Scribner, who left his seat in the 107th Assembly District. Ayala's district covers parts of Bridgeport and Stratford.
