Manchester Panel Considers Easing Rules on Hens And Pet Pigs

Residents would be allowed to keep pot-bellied pigs and egg-laying chickens under new rules that the planning and zoning commission is considering. The commission likely will hold a public hearing on proposed regulation changes in March, town senior planner Renata Bertotti said Monday.
