Man who shot Bridgeport police brutality video testified in trial

The federal trial of a Bridgeport police officer charged with brutality and violating a suspect's civil rights opened Monday with jurors viewing a video of the incident and listening to police radio calls. Clive Higgins , 48, is accused of kicking the prone, handcuffed suspect during an arrest May 20, 2011 in Beardsley Park.
