Man charged with stealing bike from Toilsome Hill garage

Alex Saez, 42, of Yale Street, Bridgeport, turned himself in at police headquarters last Thursday on a warrant issued for his arrest in connection with a garage burglary last Sept. 17. Saez was charged with third-degree burglary and fourth-degree larceny and held on $20,000 bond.
