Man charged after scuffle with cops at hookah lounge

Arthur Elliot, 28, of Brooks Street, Bridgeport, was charged early Friday with interfering with an officer after an incident at a local hookah lounge. Officers were dispatched to the Euphoria Hookah Lounge on Black Rock Turnpike around 12:30 a.m. Friday on a report of an intoxicated and belligerent patron who refused to leave, police said.
