A firefighter with a history of alcohol-related trouble has again been arrested on drunken driving charges, the fire chief said Friday. Chief Carlos M. Huertas said he learned at 1:30 a.m. Friday that Firefighter Cinque Scott had been charged with driving under the influence, failure to drive right and operating under a suspended license by state police in Montville.
