Gardner: School success a complex problem

If I've learned anything during my first 12 months on the Bridgeport Board of Education , it is this -- education reform is hard; not hard as being insolvable; hard in that it is a beast with a complexity of interrelated and problematic parts. Charles Tisdale was the first person who pointed this out to me years ago.
