Still no details on bizarre Route 8 exit ramp death

State Police are remaining silent on an incident that occurred late Thursday night in which an altercation between two motorists resulted in a stabbing death on the southbound exit 5 ramp on Route 8/25. Troopers identified the victim as Bryant Kelly , 26, of Bridgeport.
