Speedy Delivery, Speeding Off from Accident

A Southport pizza delivery driver who struck another vehicle on Post Road East and did not stop was arrested Sunday night for evading responsibility and driving without a license, Westport Police said. Lito Toscano, 31 of 1215 North Ave., Bridgeport, was also charged with improper passing and going over the speed limit, police said.
