No Headlights, Driving the Wrong Way and Drunk Leads To Arrest, Milford Police Say

Milford police say Michelle Roman, 32, of Sheridan Street in Bridgeport, is accused of driving the wrong way on a one-way section of River Street, while allegedly intoxicated. Police said around 1 a.m. Sunday an officer saw a vehicle traveling with no headlights illuminated and driving the wrong way on the one-way section of River Street.
