Improvements to the bridge crossing the Yellow Mill Channel between the Steel Pointe Harbor development area and Bridgeport's East End were included in Gov. Dannel P. Malloy's announced $30 million in grants for infrastructure projects on Monday, December 29, 2014. The grants are targeted for municipalities that were impacted by Superstorm Sandy.
