Trumbull Planning and Zoning Allows Seminary in Residential Zone

The Trumbull Plannding and Zoning Commission approved a change to allow seminaries in residential zones pending a special permit, according to the Connecticut Post. The plan would allow the Bridgeport diocese to move the St. John Fisher Seminary from Stamford to Bishop Frank Caggiano's residence in Trumbull.
