Hartford, New Haven Make List Of Most Violent Small Cities In America

Although the rate of violent crimes in both cities have dipped by double digs, Hartford and New Haven have the dubious honor of being ranked among the most violent small cities in America, for 2013 according to a list that uses data compiled by the FBI. Hartford ranked fourth on Law Street's list of most dangerous cities in America with a population between 100,000 to 200,000 residents, while New Haven was ranked third.
