Fuel Cell Technology May Be Coming To Glastonbury

A utility holding company is hoping to partner with the town and build a state-of-the-art fuel cell facility on Chalker Hill Road, but only if it can secure a tax abatement. The only problem is the town has never given tax abatements to companies.
