Bridgeport Man, 39, Found Dying Saturday on a Westport Road

Westport police are investigating the death of a Bridgeport man found on the ground on Partrick Road Saturday morning by a passing jogger, according to a report on the NBC Connecticut website . The jogger found Sandokan Kayan Harrell, 39, of Bridgeport, at about 9:07 a.m. Saturday and flagged down a passing driver.
