BRIDGEPORT, Conn Fairfield County native Matt Oestreicher has played and written music alongside the best of them Stevie Wonder, Will i Am, Jon Bon Jovi, and John Legend, to name a few, but his heart lies with nurturing upcoming talent. That is why he is producing "Your Time to Shine," a talent competition at Bridgeport's Bijou Theatre that's part "The Voice," part "America's Got Talent," and part an original Bijou production.
