Malloy campaigns with governor of Puerto Rico

Gov. Dannel P. Malloy brought Puerto Rico Gov. Alejandro Garcia Padilla to Connecticut on Tuesday to help rally Latino voters a week before the election. Malloy and Garcia scheduled stops in Hartford, New Britain, Waterbury, Bridgeport and New Haven - cities where the largest concentrations of Hispanic Connecticut residents live.
