City Councilman Paoletto faces harassment accusation

A veteran City Council member is, for the second time in five years, facing a sexual harassment complaint related to his city job. Councilman Richard Paoletto , D-138, who is also acting deputy director of housing and commercial code enforcement for the city of Bridgeport, has been placed on administrative leave while the city investigates claims made against him by a college intern.
