Man Who Testified Against A Cop Is Arraigned On A Murder Charge

Brandon Henry, known for being a witness to a fatal shooting by a police officer, was arraigned on a murder charge Friday in Superior Court. Police served a warrant charging Henry, of East Hartford, with felony murder, reckless endangerment and criminal possession of a firearm, said Deputy Chief Brian Foley.
