Services for Jill Anne Tarlov, who died Sunday, three days after she was struck by a cyclist in New York's Central Park, will be held at 11 a.m. this morning, at Congregation B'Nai Israel on Park Avenue in Bridgeport. Tarlov, 58, a Norwalk native, and a resident of both Fairfield and New York City, died at New York Presbyterian Hospital.
