Cops: Out of gas, angry driver tosses planters

Andrew R. Russell , 29, of Sheridan Street, Bridgeport, was issued a summons for second-degree criminal mischief after a witness reported to police that he was tossing wooden planters into Kings Highway Cutoff on Saturday night.
