Mr. Arthur E. Ulman, 90, of Clinton Road, Canajoharie, NY died peacefully on September 22, 2014 at Bassett Medical Center in Cooperstown, NY. Born in Bridgeport, CT on December 31, 1923 he was the only son of the late Stephen and Gertrude Dobbelaar Ulman.
