Cops: Purse theft at Horseshoe Cafe foiled as suspect made tracks

Rodderick Hannon, 43, of Bridgeport, was stopped by the manager and some patrons at the Horseshoe Tuesday morning when he allegedly tried to steal a purse and credit cards.
