ARCADIS and partners imagine solutions to restore environment, reduce flood risk in Bridgeport

Highlands Ranch, Colo. - In an effort to reduce the impacts of severe weather events like Hurricane Sandy, and as part of the U.S. Housing and Urban Development-sponsored Rebuild by Design competition, ARCADIS and teammates - David Waggonner, unabridged Architecture and Yale - developed a comprehensive water resiliency plan for Bridgeport, Conn.
