Volume violation? Cops say woman created public disturbance with loud cell phone chat

Equasha Brown , 34, of Iranistan Avenue in Bridgeport, was issued an infraction for creating a public disturbance last Wednesday night after she was heard talking loudly on her cell phone downtown within earshot of police headquarters, and refused to comply with an order to quiet down.
