Metro-North riders cash in on $4 million for power failure

BRIDGEPORT, Conn. -- Nearly 50,000 Metro-North riders who faced scarce service and protracted commutes during a two-week power outage on the New Haven Line in September took advantage of he railroad's offer to refund their tickets.
