Cops: waxing worker stole credit card

Zuleyka Rosario , 20, of Wood Avenue, Bridgeport, turned herself in at police headquarters Tuesday morning on a warrant charging her with sixth-degree larceny, illegal use of a credit card and receipt of goods or services obtained illegally.
