Corey Sparks, 19, of Bridgeport, was charged with possession of weapons in a motor vehicle, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to carry registration, operating with a suspended license and failure to illuminate rear plates on Jan. 18 at approximately 12:54 a.m.
