Tony Blackman , 47, of 203 Parrot Ave., Bridgeport, was arrested on July 5 on charges of operating under the influence, improper turn, failure to drive right, use of drug paraphernalia, improper marker registration, failure to register a motor vehicle and failure to insure a motor vehicle.
