Koda the K-9 gets protective vest thanks to business owner

Officers in the Westport Police Department's K-9 unit recently thanked Ray Arabia, second from left, owner of Natural Pet Outlet in Bridgeport, for helping raise money to buy a protective vest for the K-9, Koda.
