Faced with a possible $10 million cut in state aid in the governor's budget, Bridgeport Mayor Bill Finch has already presented two unpalatable responses to residents: Open their wallets or weather cuts to public safety."You can't cut $10 million out of this budget without reducing the number of police and fire, or increasing property taxes.
