Part Of Sisson Avenue In Hartford Closed For Water Main Break

A water main break on Sisson Avenue has closed the I-84 on and off ramps in the area, police said. The I-84 Exit 46 on and off ramp are closed along with the street in the area of the break, according to police. As much as two feet of water has collected in the area.
